We’re looking forward to hosting your student this year in our afterschool program. We are accepting applications for grades Kindergarten through 6 grade. (Note: our K-2 grades fill up very quickly.)
Afterschool program begins, Monday, August 22. Programming occurs Monday – Friday, from 2 pm – 6 pm. A one-time registration of $40 per student for the year.
The application confirms your interest, but does not guarantee your student a slot. To complete registration parents must visit our office and complete the onsite Optimist paperwork.
* Submit the must recent report card (if applicable)
* Submit student birth certificate
